General Questions

We understand that roleplay is quite a difficult genre to get into, but we're here to help! You can access our support channels listed on this page.

Discord Support Channels

You can get support from one of our friendly staff in our SchoolRP Discord, as well as the Roleplay Hub Discord in the #help channel.

In-game Support

You can create a private in-game ticket where staff can have a conversation with you regarding an issues or questions you may have. This can typically be an easier solution if you're newer to the server, or don't have Discord.

You can access this by using /help in-game which will prompt you with a chat-based menu where you'll be asked what you need help with.

Forums Support

We can answer a range of request on the forums, this may be where you get directed for a guaranteed resolution. The forums offer a ticket system which is accessible by heading to the Support Page and clicking Open Ticket. Make sure to include all necessary information and proof for better chances of getting the correct support you need.

Can I play on minecraft bedrock edition?

We currently don't offer a port for Minecraft Bedrock, this is due to the complexity of our systems. We may offer this at a later date in the future.

However, if you own a Computer/Laptop/PC running Windows, Linux, or MacOS, you might own Minecraft: Java Edition too.
