Estate Agent

All housing within Karakura is physically on the map, meaning that there's limited amounts of housing around. Whilst we've got tons of housing available, it may be difficult to find an available property on the map to claim for yourself which means Estate Agent is an important resource you can use to track down all of the unowned apartments, houses, penthouses, etc.

Where can I find the Estate Agent?

You can use the GPS in your inventory to track down a multitude of locations around Karakura, but if you prefer to follow coordinates you can find the Estate Agent NPC at 1780x 1350z.

How does it work?

Once you've found the NPC, Right-Click it to open a menu. You'll notice that if there are properties available you'll be able to hover over them in the inventory to find out information about where they are, and how much it costs to rent it.

To save making a note of the coordinates, you can get them outputted into your chat by clicking on the property you'd like to locate.

How do I claim a property?

Once you've found an unowned property sign, simply right-click the sign once to rent the property for the specified time on the sign. Typically, you rent a property for 30 days per rent payment, but you can always extend your rent by re-clicking the sign after you've claimed the property.
