The Shop faction is filled with independent individuals that are in charge of maintaining their own shops in Karakura. Whether it's a bustling restaurant or an exciting retail store, the shop faction has you covered.

Shop owners are required to reach *12 openings* per out of character month. They can earn over 1,000,000 yen per month through opening their store, making it a highly sought-after role. Their income is based on how much they sell that month, so it can vary.

Shop owners are tasked with running their own shops, this includes but is not limited to; maintaining stock, organising and leading employees and designing your shop to your liking. This is a role that comes with high responsibility of creating a successful business.

Applications are typically announced within the Karakura Town discord and reviewed a week after an announcement is made.
