# Hospital

The Hospital faction is one of the two Emergency factions within SchoolRP. It offers a range of roleplay scenarios, mostly focused around providing medical aid to Karakura's citizens! Whether it be a general concern, surgery, pet-care, or even a mental problem, the Karakura Hospital has you covered.

Additionally, workers are paid a maximum of 400,000 yen per month according to the amount of quotas they have submitted within the month. Quotas can be earned through doing their jobs requirements (typically treating patients) and much more!

## What does a hospital worker do in roleplay?

There are a wide range of things that a hospital worker can do during their time within the faction. Whether it be diagnoising the most complicated mental disorders, or even stitching up the smallest cut, there's lots for you to discover!

As a Doctor, you'll be focused on primarily treating physical injuries and illnesses an individual may encounter, even being able to progress to a paramedic later on! On the other hand, you may become a Psychiatrist. They are found focusing on the more mental side of healthcare, as they can diagnose a range of disorders, conduct singular or group therapy sessions, and much much more!

## How do I become a hospital worker?

You can apply on the [forums](https://schoolrp.net/forums/hospital-applications/) using the [official format](https://schoolrp.net/threads/hospital-staff-format-rules-and-information.42153/) and following the rules and guidelines listed. Applications are typically announced within the Karakura Emergency discord and reviewed a week after an announcement is made.
