If you're having an issue with a purchase you made from the Roleplay Hub store, or you have an issue accessing your forums account for any Roleplay Hub server you can contact our support by emailing us at <support@roleplayhub.com>.

***

## How long will it take to get a reply?

Typically, our email support handles requests within 48 hours. We do advise that you allow 2-3 working days, as during busy periods there may be a slight delay.

***

## How can I get my support request resolved quicker?

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, you should always include as much information as possible in your email request. This doesn't necessarily need to be paragraphs long, just as much information as you can give us to understand your issue.

### Purchase Issue

If you're contacting us via email about a **purchase issue**, we will *always* need you to supply us with your Transaction ID tied to the purchase you're requesting support with. Without a Transaction ID, we may not be able to complete your request. If you don't know your Transaction ID, you can always email us from the email address you purchased the package with.

### Forums Issue

If you're contacting us via email about a **forums issue**, you'll need to email us from the email address that's attached to your forums account. If you cannot do this, we unfortunately cannot provide any assistance as we would not be able to verify you own the account.

***

## What can't be resolved over email?

Occasionally, our support team may receive emails they're unable to assist with, however typically we do not handle the following issues over email:

* Any kind of appeal, whether it be for the forums or otherwise.
* Any kind of report about a player on the server.
* An item you lost in-game.

# Character Creation

Before you can start roleplaying, you should create your Character. There's a few things you must keep in mind before creating your character:

* Your character must be human.
* Your character must have a realistic appearance.&#x20;
* Your character cannot be shorter than 4'5" or taller than 6'5".
* Your character must be unique, they can't be a celebrity or existing character.

***

## Roleplay Name

Firstly, you'll need a **first** and **last name** for your character. You'll do this with the command **/rpname**.

If you're having trouble choosing your own Roleplay Name, try using an online [Name Generator](https://namegen.jp/en).

{% hint style="info" %}
Your Roleplay Name is what other players will see above your head.
{% endhint %}

***

## Character Description

Next, you'll need to think about your character's appearance which you'll set using **/setdesc**. You can include things like:

* Your character's height.
* Your character's hair colour and style.
* Your character's eye colour.
* Your character's scent.
* Any Jewellery your character wears.

*Or anything else others would see when looking at your character...*

***

### Character Height

You can now begin thinking about your character's height, which you can set using **/setheight**.&#x20;

Remember, your characters height should not be shorter than 4’5” or taller than 6’5”. By using this command, your height will visually change on the server.

*For example: /setheight 5'4*

***

### Profile Decorations

Finally, if you wish to do so, you can decorate your profile for others to see when they right-click you. To do this, simply use the command **/profilecustomization**, here you will see a list of customisable features you can add to your profile.

**/customize font** will allow you to change the font of your characters name in your profile.

**/customize color** will allow you to change the colour of your characters name and description in your profile.

**/customize background** will allow you to change the background of your characters profile picture.

**/customize border** will allow you to change the border of your characters profile picture.

<figure><img src="/files/ABZQTAtJ84ppv6QofWHO" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Chat System

When using the in-game chat system it's important to remember that there are separate channels.

You'll notice in chat that players have different tags in front of their character's name. This is the role that player has in roleplay, this could be anything from Grade 12 Student, School Teacher to something completely different like a Police Officer; all of which can be applied for under [Character Applications on the forums](https://schoolrp.net/forums/character-applications/).

The Chat Format includes the sending player's <mark style="color:red;">Minecraft Username or Nickname</mark>, <mark style="color:blue;">Character Role</mark>, <mark style="color:purple;">Character Name</mark>, and <mark style="color:green;">speech or action</mark>.&#x20;

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="/files/MW4p1jNlDlnvyyVhkuKV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

{% hint style="info" %}
**OOC** means Out-Of-Character

**IC** means In-Character
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Some chat channels are ranged, meaning you cannot see some messages unless you're within range of the sending player and vice-versa.
{% endhint %}

***

## Default Chat

The default Minecraft chat is an **In-Character** channel which should only be used for Roleplaying. By typing the word sentence "Hello" in chat, you would be speaking as your character.

*Default chat has a range of 15 blocks.*

***

## Out-Of-Character Channels

### Local Out-Of-Character (LOOC)

*You can turn this channel off by using /ooc without a message.*

# Time System

The roleplay world follows a separate time system to real life. Whilst you still have your 7 days of the week, time moves faster at approximately 4 seconds per real life second (or 6 seconds per second on the weekends).

You can see the current time in-game by viewing the Boss Bar at the top of your screen. You'll see the <mark style="color:red;">weather</mark>, <mark style="color:blue;">current time and day of the week</mark>, the <mark style="color:green;">current time period / ongoing event</mark>, and <mark style="color:purple;">the current location you're stood in</mark>.

<figure><img src="/files/e40uBGq0Zg58vyMaxlYM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Common Terminology

Here you'll find a list of phrases or words that are commonly used around the server to describe a role, type of roleplay, etc. If you're new, many of these won't be of great use to you yet, but it'll help you to understand what they mean.

***

## IC or ICly

This means In-Character, or in roleplaying.

***

## OOC or OOCly

This means Out-Of-Character, or out of roleplay.

***

## Faction

A faction is a large group of individuals that occupy a roleplay role within the server, e.g. Teacher Faction, or Police Faction. All factions are lead by a singular 'Faction Lead' which is usually a member of the server's staff team.

***

## P2K

This means 'Perms 2 Know', this is typically used by players in OOC channels to ask you for permission to know your character In-Character, example: ![](/files/euzVzpuohP58o3NVDvtC)

By allowing someone P2K the player would already know your character's name, skipping the process of your character introducing themselves ICly

***

## Void

Voiding a roleplay situation would mean that the situation the player is 'voiding' would no longer have happened, effectively erasing it from roleplay. *This can only occur in certain situations where all parties involved agree to void, or a staff member confirms a rule was broken and thus voids the situation.*

***

## Greenie

This is a friendly term to describe new players due to their green tag. *If a player is being rude, or toxic, please report them to online staff via* [*General Support*](/support/general-questions)*.*

# School Schedule

Whilst attending Karakura High, you'll be following a fixed school schedule in which classes and other events take place, such as breakfast and lunch. You'll also find all kinds of faculty roles around the school which you can interact with.

***

<table data-full-width="false"><thead><tr><th align="center">Period</th><th align="center">Time</th><th data-type="checkbox">Classes</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center">Breakfast</td><td align="center">8am - 8:30am</td><td>false</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Study Time</td><td align="center">8:30am - 8:55am</td><td>false</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Period 2</td><td align="center">8:55am - 10:35am</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Breaktime</td><td align="center">10:35am - 10:55am</td><td>false</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Period 3</td><td align="center">10:55am - 12:35pm</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Lunchtime</td><td align="center">12:35pm - 1:20pm</td><td>false</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Period 4</td><td align="center">1:30pm - 3pm</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Hometime</td><td align="center">3pm - 3:30pm</td><td>false</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Classes

The Teaching factions (Professors and Teachers) have the purpose of entertaining you, they're not there to lecture or make your experience on the server boring.

If you're a **Highschool** student, you'll be taught by a **Highschool Teacher** which are seen around school grounds by their tag: ![](/files/maffkPwNx9RQVuiM1fDH)

If you're a **College** student, you'll instead be taught by a **College Professor** which once again are seen around school ground with the following tag: ![](/files/rBTLjDgXPYksqs6z6fqi)

***

## What can I do in classes?

### General Lessons

More often than not, teachers opt for 'General' classes where you'll learn something new about the subject they're teaching, and be required to play a knowledge-testing game at the end of the class, or something similar. **Players are encouraged to roleplay and interact during these lessons**, you're in the class to enjoy yourself, after all.

### Field Trips

Occasionally, teachers may host Field Trips where they visit a hotspot on the map, this could be anywhere from the forest to the beach. Whilst the field trip is usually related to their subject, you may find it's just a fun lesson that you can join in on.

### Special Lessons

Sometimes, teachers will request special things to be built for their classes by staff or builders, these tend to entail things like obstacle courses (parkour), barbecues, a drama set, and other fun activities you can take part in that aren't usual.

### Special Visits

Occasionally, classes will have special visits from other factions where you can learn about their role in Karakura and ask them any questions *(you may even get to roleplay as the role)*.

***

## Why should I go to class?

First and foremost, it's SchoolRP! Why not join in on the fun and join an ongoing class when they're announced! But most importantly, by joining class you can meet new people, gain roleplay experience and maybe even learn something new.

By attending classes you can also gain [Reward Stickers](/schooling/reward-system) which can be redeemed to get special prizes, like toys, gaming systems, and much more.

## Do I have to attend class?

The short answer is no. All classes are optional, however all teachers have a unique style of roleplay and teaching, so if you don't find one teacher/class fun, perhaps you'll enjoy a different one.

***

## Can I be kicked or removed from class?

Yes. As in real life, school teachers have their own classroom discipline system which may result in you being removed from class. Handling 28 players or more at one time can be difficult with a lot of disruptions, and so Teachers may remove students from class as a last resort.

It's important to note that as a student you should fear the consequences of your actions, so if you're threatened with a detention, your character should react accordingly and tone it down.

***

# Reward System

Throughout the school day, you can earn **Reward Stickers** for being a upstanding student. This doesn't necessary mean you need to be a "Teacher's Pet", but one good deed, or answer in class could earn you a sticker.

***

## How do I get a Reward Sticker?

### Reasons why players get stickers

You can earn stickers by doing any of the following actions when around faculty:

* Participating well in class.
* Showing good work in class, e.g. answering a question correctly.
* General good behaviour.
* Helping another student in need.
* Helping a faculty member.
* Reporting misbehaviour, or breaking of school rules.

### What they look like

When you receive a reward sticker, you'll be prompted in chat to check your School Planner:&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/2Gkinxuth7yExzL71Jzz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

As the message suggests, by opening your School Planner you can view the Reward Sticker you earnt, like so:

<figure><img src="/files/F7jEAWjkkBtsYsyTSUJR" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You'll notice in this GIF that there's more than one sticker, these are assigned randomly, so if you're rewarded for an action you've previously done, e.g. if you already have Class Participation Cat Sticker sticker, your next Class Participation reward could be a Star Sticker.

***

## How do I redeem a sticker?

You can redeem stickers by heading to the front desk located at 1600x 22y 1000z when there's a Receptionist online to redeem any stickers you may have.

***

# Homework

When attending classes, you may receive a homework task to complete. These homework tasks, if passed, can reward you with an **Education Credit**. If you receive up to **50 Education Credits**, you can graduate to College.

***

### What is Homework and how does it work?

Homework tasks are handed out after you attend a class. They are short, 3 question quizes asking questions based on things you were taught in that lesson.

After you have attended a class, you will see a message pop up in chat to tell you that you have been set a Homework task.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/V9BfmxvcGXS0XdnswrL5" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This message is indicating that your homework has been set and is now visible on the Homework Web Panel. You can access this with **/homework**.

*Please note: Homework is assigned per character and you will only be able to access that homework from using the command on the character that you attended the class on.*&#x20;

***

### How do I use the Homework Web Panel?

The panel is very simple and easy to use. Once you click the link, you will be prompted to login.

<figure><img src="/files/neT9TtuHIEgp7yj7Wl13" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After you have clicked to login to the site, you will see a notification appear on your tasks tab. You can click this tab to see the homework that you have been assigned.

<figure><img src="/files/GoiLxDmQU8sB0yQPfLk0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can now choose which homework you would like to complete. Remember, the more you complete, the more chance you have of earning Education Credits that go towards your graduation.

<figure><img src="/files/zBxKOqZ2KXuM20229QUy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

These questions require no more than 2 sentences, they should be easy to complete and knowledge you discussed during classtime.

# Obtaining Vehicles

Whilst vehicles don't come cheap, it's still possible to obtain a small car for you and your friends for relatively cheap.

***

## Auto Shop

You can purchase vehicles by visiting the Auto Shop using your GPS, or if you prefer to follow coordinates, you'll find it located at **1980x 1240z**.

<figure><img src="/files/SRaRLWSEqcPJORgb54mr" alt=""><figcaption><p>Auto Shop menu</p></figcaption></figure>

Every day the Mechanic has a sale where you'll find vehicles up to 25% off their value, if you're lucky. However, it's first come first serve, so if you've missed today's sale, you can always come again tomorrow.

***

## Custom Vehicles

Upon purchasing a Custom Vehicle, you must pay for a copy of it with in-game money to prevent pay-to-win. All Custom Vehicles come with the same stats as a public one purchased from the Auto Shop.

# Controls

When driving your vehicle there are several controls for movement, sounds, and management. All of these are fairly intuitive and will be easy to remember.

***

# Upgrades

The Mod Shop can offer you many upgrades to customise your vehicle for racing purposes, or if you'd like to drive further for much longer.

***

## How to upgrade

You'll need to drive your vehicle into the Mod Shop located at **2000x 1230z**. Once you've driven in, simply click the 'Install Upgrades' chat button and browse the menu. When you finished upgrading, press SHIFT to exit with your vehicle.

***

## What do upgrades do?

### Engine

On an engine upgrade, you'll notice 3-4 attributes which each change the way you drive. So, what do these do?

* **Accelerator Chance** - Every 10 seconds, a Random Number Generator decides if you can accelerate; the higher the chance, the more often you'll be able to accelerate.
* **Fuel Usage** - As you can imagine, fuel usage indicates how much fuel you use when the vehicle is moving. A negative fuel usage (e.g. -10%) means you'll use more fuel, whereas a positive one (e.g. +10%) means you'll use less fuel.
* **Reverse Speed** - This increases the speed at which you can reverse your vehicle.
* **Max Speed** - This increases the overall speed at which you can drive your vehicle.

### Fuel Tank

The only attribute fuel tanks offer is **Tank Capacity**, it'll display the exact capacity you'll receive upon upgrading, e.g. 75L.

## Brakes

On a brake upgrade, you'll find 3 attributes which change the way your car brakes.

* **Brake Friction** - This increases the speed at which your car brakes, as a stock brake will take a second to come to a full stop with your **SPACE** key.
* **Friction** - Friction will increase how quickly your car can take off.
* **Turn Speed** - This will increase the speed at which you turn with **A** and **D** keys.

# Housing Types

There are several types of properties you can find around Karakura, from penthouse apartments to houses. Whilst some are more expensive then others, it's ultimately your choice to pick the right type that fits your budget or space requirements.

***

## What kind of properties can I rent?

If you're new to the server it's recommended that you rent yourself a Student Dorm for temporary storage and a place to call home. You can find Student Dorms at **1910x 1290z**.

<table><thead><tr><th>Property Type</th><th>Interior Size** </th><th>Price</th><th data-type="checkbox">Editable</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Student Dorm</td><td>L11 W9 H4</td><td>1,000 per 6 hours</td><td>false</td></tr><tr><td>Houses</td><td>N/A</td><td>300,000 per month</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td>Apartments</td><td>L25 W12 H9</td><td>50,000 per month</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td>Small Apartments</td><td>L12 W6 H4</td><td>15,000 - 30,000 per month</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td>Penthouse</td><td>L58 W20 H12</td><td>100,000 per month</td><td>true</td></tr><tr><td>Small Penthouse</td><td>L16 W18 H8</td><td>50,000 per month</td><td>true</td></tr></tbody></table>

\*\* Please note that sizes are approximate and can vary from property to property within the type you're interested in

# Estate Agent

All housing within Karakura is physically on the map, meaning that there's limited amounts of housing around. Whilst we've got tons of housing available, it may be difficult to find an available property on the map to claim for yourself which means Estate Agent is an important resource you can use to track down all of the unowned apartments, houses, penthouses, etc.

***

## Where can I find the Estate Agent?

You can use the GPS in your inventory to track down a multitude of locations around Karakura, but if you prefer to follow coordinates you can find the Estate Agent NPC at **1780x 1350z**.

***

## How does it work?

Once you've found the NPC, Right-Click it to open a menu. You'll notice that if there are properties available you'll be able to hover over them in the inventory to find out information about where they are, and how much it costs to rent it.

<figure><img src="/files/6KvOJa05Z9RIkL4LyYD6" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To save making a note of the coordinates, you can get them outputted into your chat by clicking on the property you'd like to locate.

<figure><img src="/files/MqQj6qyaslaCGK0JHku9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

## How do I claim a property?

Once you've found an unowned property sign, simply right-click the sign once to rent the property for the specified time on the sign. Typically, you rent a property for 30 days per rent payment, but you can always extend your rent by re-clicking the sign after you've claimed the property.

There are various roles within a property which you can hand out to other players, whether you need help building, or managing your property.

***

## What roles can I have in my property?

It's important to note that a player can have multiple roles at once, giving you even more control of what you allow your friends to do whilst inside of your property.

# Applying The Pack

When joining the server, we strongly advise you turn on our Resource Pack. You can choose to load the pack every time you join, or manually update your own downloaded copy every so often.

***

## Automatically downloading the resource pack

To do this, you must add our server to your Multiplayer Server List. Whilst adding the server, you can choose to set your 'Server Resource Packs' to either **Enabled** or **Prompt**.

<figure><img src="/files/HheWaeP91RwOKwLqNnsr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you've successfully done this, simply join the server and connect to SchoolRP.

***

## Manually downloading the resource pack

# Custom Models

***

## What are custom models?

These allow you to introduce your very own custom designed item into to the server resource pack so that both you and other players can see it should they be using our pack. You decide whether or not other players can purchase your item from in-game stores or not, however you yourself cannot make any in-game profit for it should you choose it can be sold publicly in-game.

All purchased custom models are made to order by our skilled 3D Modelling Team in Blockbench. Each model is designed to your specifications, and you'll be able to request up to two revisions or changes inside of your commission after the modeller has shown you the their final creation within a Discord text channel upon redeeming a custom item/vehicle/furniture.

{% hint style="info" %}
We recommend discussing your ideas with a 3D Modeller before purchasing a Custom Model to ensure that what you're requesting is possible.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Custom Models are *cosmetic only,* and cannot have exclusive features that aren't already available on public items, *e.g. being edible, or using acting as a phone. This means that your item is effectively a 'skin'.*&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### Custom Vehicles

When requesting a Custom Vehicle, you can request any realistic-looking vehicle. It may only have 1 seat, 2 seats, or 4 seats.

{% hint style="warning" %}
All vehicles have the same base statistics for speed, acceleration, breaking, etc. as a vehicle of the same type purchasable in-game, once again making a 'Custom Vehicle' purely cosmetic, *e.g. if you requested a super car, it would have the same speed as a motorbike or family vehicle regardless of its real life counterpart.*
{% endhint %}

### Custom Items

You can request any realistic item, however as stated above, you cannot request something with an exclusive feature as they're effectively skins of already existing item types that are publicly available to anyone, e.g. hats, phones, toys, props.

### Custom Furniture

You can request anything from a chair to a wooden shelf. It's important to note that with custom furniture, the only features that can be applied to them is the ability to sit on them.

***

## How do I get a custom model?

Before you purchase anything, it is recommended that you privately message the Media coordinator with what you want to request. It is important that you do this, as there are guidelines that determine if your custom item idea is allowed.

It is also important to read the model guidelines found in this category, as well as the indications found in our [server store](https://buy.roleplayhub.net) before you proceed with your purchase.

### Buying a Custom Model From The Roleplay Hub Store

Firstly, you'll have to head over to the [server store](https://buy.roleplayhub.net), click on to Cosmetics & Customs, and select the pack that best fits your budget. Once the transaction has successfully taken place, you'll receive an automated e-mail with a code. This is what's called a **Transaction ID**. Make sure you keep this code, as you'll need it later on when redeeming your item.

If you have input the wrong information in the process of purchasing this item, or your Transaction ID doesn't work during the redeeming process, please contact [Email Support](/support/email-support).

### Redeeming your purchase

Now that you've purchased your custom model, it is now time to redeem it! In order to do this, you must head over to the [SchoolRP Discord Server](https://discord.gg/eZtpvaE) and write this command in any of the channels: **/redeem-custom** &#x200B;**\[transaction-id]**.

Once you've done this, you will be redirected to a channel exclusively dedicated to your request. In here, you'll find instructions on what to do next.

### Custom Model Progression

After you have been assigned a modeller, they will provide screenshots with progress of your custom item(s). It is important that you give feedback on your modeller's work, as our first and foremost priority will be that the final product is up to your expectations

However, do note that modellers have limitations imposed by Minecraft: Java Edition and/or the overall style SchoolRP modellers use. For more information on this, feel free to contact the model coordinator.

Moreover, modellers often find that they've been assigned a lot of requests, which results in their progress being slowed down. However, if your modeller has not started your custom model whatsoever within 14 days of redeeming your slot, the model coordinator will re-assign your item to another available modeller.

### Custom Model Completion and Implementation

Once you are content with your modeller's work, you must let them know that they can submit the custom they have made for you. After this, your channel will be closed and deleted and you'll receive a DM with a preview of the finished product(s) via our Discord Bot.

After your modeller has finished your request(s), they will send it to a specific channel dedicated to model submissions.&#x20;

Every Friday, the Media coordinator will look through this channel and implement all of the submitted models into the server's resource pack. Once this day arrives, the resource-pack found in [this thread](https://schoolrp.net/resourcepack) will be updated with your newly made custom model. Depending on the type of custom slot, you'll need to follow specific steps to receive your custom model in game. However, most custom items will be handed out to you without having to pay for any extra price.

***

## How can I get copies of my custom items?

Now that you have your desired custom item, you may be interested in sharing this cosmetic piece with your friends. Do note that you can't get infinite copies, and that there are specific limitations. Depending your custom slot's type, you will need to follow a specific path to request copies of i:

* **Custom Items & Furniture.** Submit a copy request in our [dedicated forum](https://schoolrp.net/form/6/select).
* **Custom Weapons.** Contact the Black Market Lead via Discord to request custom copies of your weapons.
* **Custom Vehicles.** You may not request copies of your custom vehicles.

Moreover, you'll also have to execute the following command in game to pay for your custom items, replacing the money amount with the price for your custom item **/taxpay models \[amount**].

When it comes to how much a custom copy costs, you can find the prices in the [Copy Requests forum](https://schoolrp.net/form/6/select) in the case of normal items/furniture, or you'll be told by the Black Market Lead in the case of custom weapons and vehicles. Moreover, you can't request more than 8 copies per week.

It is important to note that you also can't make profit from trying to re-sell these custom copies. Custom items are meant to be cosmetic equipment that contribute to roleplay scenarios. Therefore, using these to try and make profit illegitimately will result in your item's becoming public, even without your consent.

***

## How can I make my item public?

If you wish to make your custom item public so that the entire server can enjoy the item you have made for yourself, you have three options that you can choose depending on the nature of your item:

* **For custom items and furniture**, you can contact a shopkeeper or a faction lead to see if they're interested in buying/accepting your item as theirs. This way, you'll be able to sell your top hat to a hat shop so that other new players can also wear it! Likewise, you could also give away an item such as a neck-held camera to the News faction if they're interested in it.
* **For custom weapons**, the only method to make it available to other players is by contacting a BMD via in-character means, and offering to sell them the ownership of your custom item so it can be distributed among the crime community
* **For custom vehicles**, we generally do not accept these offers. However, you can always privately message the Media Coordinator.

In any case, it is important to know that, once you've given away / sold the ownership of your custom to make it public, you will no longer have access to requesting copies of it. However, you can always get these items via In-Character means, just like the rest of the player-base.

***

## What do I do if my model has been removed without my permission?

Models are usually removed when their owners have been permanently banned from the network for longer than 1 year, or if they have been inactive for longer than 6 months. We do this to help reduce our resource pack size which in turn helps speed up loading times.

If you are still a member of the SchoolRP community and you find that your item has been removed without your consent, you must privately contact the Media Team Coordinator, or the Owner who will be able to re-add your model to the resource pack (if the model has been lost, you will be able to re-request the model).

***

### Can I model my own custom item for the server?

Sadly, no. All assets used in SchoolRP must be made by members of the Media Team. Even if you do have experience with Blockbench and wish to make it yourself, the only members of the community that can submit models are official 3D Modellers apart of our Media Team.

***

### Can I have an old model remade to look better?

If you own a model that has an old style that doesn't fit Minecraft, you can ask a modeller or the Media coordinator to consider re-modelling it with a new style. However, do note that many of these remake requests are not eligible depending on the case.

***

### Can I pass the ownership of my item/vehicle to another player?

Sadly, no. You may not pass the ownership of your custom item to anyone else. This is to avoid confusion when requesting custom copies. This also applies to custom vehicles, meaning that you can't give away your vehicle to anyone else.

***

### Can my model be remade after it has been submitted?

The short answer is no, sadly. If you wish to make any modifications to your model, you should ask for them during the process of making your model. On the other hand, if you see any unintended features found in your custom model (e.g. texture bugs, incorrect positioning, etc.), you can contact your modeller or the Media Coordinator or Owner.

# Fishing System

Fishing is another way to earn money on SchoolRP. You can head to different fishing locations to find unique types of fish. From the standard fishing pond, the depths of the ocean to even the darkest caves, there will be different fish types for you to catch. You can find a Fisherman at two different [locations](file:///#fishing-locations). **Robert's Pond**, located in the Ochiba Forest and **Bobby's Hut**, located at Kaigan Beach. These are the locations in which you can sell your fish and purchase new fishing rods.

{% hint style="info" %}
Your fishing attribute will allow you to upgrade your [**fishing rod**](file:///#fishing-rods) over time. Each fishing rod has different advantages and perks that come with it's price.
{% endhint %}

## How to Fish

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Purchasing your First Rod

You can begin by purchasing a Fishing Rod at one of the known Fisherman Hut locations. There are currently two locations for this, **Kaigan Beach** and **Robert's Fishing Pond**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Choosing your Location

After you receive your fishing rod, choose a [location](file:///#fishing-locations) in which you would like to fish in. Each location will offer different types of fish for you to catch.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Casting your Rod

Whilst facing the water, cast your rod by *right-clicking.* You will have to then wait until something has been caught. The time it takes to catch something on your line, depends on your [**Rod Type**](file:///#fishing-rods) and **Fishing Attribute**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Catching your Fish

A GUI will be opened as soon as you begin reeling in your fish. Here, you will have to keep selecting the correct fish for it to be caught. If successful, your fish will be given to you in your inventory.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
